THE BEST Keto Friendly London Fog Recipe!

Want a complex, creamy tea latte without the sugar or unnecessary carbs? This recipe is quick, uses premium low-carb ingredients, and gives you complete control over your macros. It’s the perfect afternoon pick-me-up.

If you have never had a London fog, you are in for a treat! London fogs have always reminded me of cereal, think fruity pebbles flavor (mmmm..). I LOVE that I have found this alternative for my (mostly) keto lifestyle. Enjoy!

You can enjoy this drink iced or hot, just skip the parts the make the drink cold!

Ingredients You'll Need

  • Earl Grey Tea - 1 bag (We used Tazo brand)

  • Boiling Water - 1/2 cup

  • Swerve Brown Sugar Sweetener - 1 tablespoon

  • Milk of Choice:

    • Best Taste: Heavy Cream

    • Lowest Carb/Dairy-Free: Califia Farms Unsweetened Barista Almond Milk

  • Vanilla Extract - 1/8 teaspoon

Iced Method

This method is fast—you'll use your freezer for a quick chill!

  1. Steep the Base: Place 1 bag of Earl Grey tea in your mug and pour in 1/2 cup of boiling water. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes, then remove the tea bag.

Make sure you get the brown sugar kind, it’s great to use for other recipes too-PROMISE!

A small glass is usually my preferred way to enjoy this drink at home!

2. Sweeten & Flavor: Stir in about 1 tablespoon of Swerve Brown Sugar sweetener (add more to taste if needed). A splash of vanilla extract is highly recommended here!

3. Flash Chill: Transfer the tea base into the freezer. This takes about 10–15 minutes to get perfectly cold.

4. Assemble the Drink: Once chilled, remove the tea base and fill your serving cup completely with ice.

5. Pour & Stir: Fill the rest of the cup with your preferred milk of choice (Heavy Cream for maximum decadence, or Unsweetened Almond Milk for a lighter option). Stir well and enjoy your tasty keto friendly tea!
